The project was completed in June 2013 and was fully funded and project managed by GSCHA with assistance from the following contributors:

  • Department of Housing who provided a number of asset transfers tied to leveraging of further dwellings
  • Westpac Banking Corporation as the financial lender
  • Builder - Realforce Construction Pty Ltd
  • Chris O’Keefe – Construction Cost Consultant

12 x 2 bed adaptable units

The project was completed in January 2014 also with the assistance of the above contributors and with additional expertise from H&H Architects who took on the role of Project Superintendent. The project was built by WA Country Builders. To assist with energy efficiency the units include passive solar design, Quantum heat pump hot water systems and photo-voltaic solar systems for power.

This project was completed in February 2014 and was a Joint Venture with the Department of Housing. It was a finalist in the “Multi-Residential Development over 1.6 million” – Master Builders WA 2014 Building Excellence Awards. Built by Techtonics Construction Group
